• Is your sound card installed?
  • Are your speakers plugged in and turned on?
  • Is your volume turned up?
    1. Go to Start > Settings > Sounds and Multimedia > Audio Tab
    2. Click the Volume button under Sound Playback.
      Check to see the volume setting.
  • If you are using headphones, are they muted?
    1. Go to Start > Settings > Sounds and Multimedia > Audio Tab
    2. Click the Volume button under Sound Playback.
      Check to see if any are muted.
