1. Disable any/all Pop-up Blocker(s)
  2. Turn off the Internet Explorer Pop-up Blocker
    1. To do this, go to Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Turn Off Pop-up Blocker
    2. If you do not see this option under Tools, skip step 3 and proceed to the Next button below
  3. Adjust the Security Settings
    1. Go to Tools > Internet Options and select the Security tab
    2. Select Internet under Web content zone popupIcon
    3. Click the Custom Level button
    4. Select the Enable button under ActiveX controls and plug-ins popupIcon
    5. Click the Yes button to confirm your security settings for this zone and Click OK
    6. Next, click the Advanced tab
    7. Check the box Allow active content to run in files on My Computer under Security popupIcon and Click OK
  4. You are now ready to begin the System Check - Click the Next button below
